At Nurture Nova, we support young people to reconnect with learning, rebuild confidence and take meaningful steps towards their future. Our Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) pathway is designed for pupils aged 14–16 who need a nurturing, relationship‑centred environment that strengthens engagement, supports reintegration and prepares them for post‑16 life.
Why Nurture Nova
Our PfA pathway aligns with the statutory Year 9+ Preparing for Adulthood requirements within the EHCP Code of Practice.
It is designed for 14–16 year olds with SEMH, EBSA and other SEND needs who require a nurturing, structured environment to build independence, confidence and readiness for post‑16 pathways.

How We Deliver
We deliver our PfA pathway in structured 3 hour blocks, 1–3 times per week.
This model supports emotional regulation, accredited learning and practical life skills, while allowing schools to maintain strong reintegration plans and oversight.
- Flexible timetable (1-3 days per week)

We offer flexible, accessible learning routes that help young people re‑engage academically and build confidence:
- Entry Level 1-3

We blend therapeutic support with accredited learning, creating personalised plans that build confidence and independence. Trauma‑informed routines, structured reintegration steps and close school collaboration ensure a smooth, well‑planned return to education.
