What to Expect
Learn more about Our Pupils & Families and Our Partners
Pupils & Families
Pupils can expect a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where they are listened to, understood, and supported.
They receive personalised teaching, therapeutic sessions, and structured routines that helps regulate emotions, rebuild confidence, and re-engage with learning.
Families can expect regular communication, involvement in planning, and support that strengthens consistency at home and school.
We work in partnership with families to ensure pupils feel valued, secure, and ready to return to education.
Schools, Local Authorities
& Multi-Agency Partners
Schools and partners can expect a clear, responsive referral process, qualified‑teacher‑led provision and therapeutic support embedded throughout the day.
We provide regular updates, impact reporting, and structured reintegration planning aligned with school and LA expectations.
Our outreach support during and after reintegration helps maintain stability, reduce exclusions, and strengthen inclusion across the wider system.
We work as a partner, not a placement—supporting schools to achieve long‑term, sustainable success for their pupils.
"Jade worked with real care and urgency to support some of our most vulnerable pupils, arranging TAF meetings and keeping all professionals updated throughout.”
